    dealing with alot for over two years. seeing specialist after specialist. no real help.
    cannot take fish oil for innflammation as i have nose bleeds and easy bruising.
    the mri shows cerebral atrophy, and absent activity esp in the occipital area.
    lots of Quegs that show audio and visual defecit.
    So Very frustrated as the medical world wass always easy for me to understand now I am a suffering woman who lost my zest…

      Hi River, I just read your comment although have not watched the video yet. Sorry to hear you are suffering in this way. If I may offer some info – Vitamin C in larger does and an amount that does not upset you stomach, has been shown to help reduce inflammation. Also a reduction in the amount of sugar we consume and white carbs – this has worked for me, and you know you feel better. Also the thoughts we have about ourself – making a conscious change in our language with ourselves. Also to love and care for us the way we would do for others. Also alkalizing your body with non acidic foods. Mindfulness for yourself :-0 Hope this helps.
