Congratulations on the fabulous success of this course! Amazing global outreach! I am a public health practitioner and looking for ways to implement these and other compassion-focused concepts on a population level. I learned a great deal from your excellent presenters and appreciate greatly that the course was free. Thank you to the whole team for making such an impact!

I am a social worker in AU. I retired earlier this year from Government employment but plan to start part time work with children and families next year, and will develop all I have learned from this fantastic program in that context. I have watched, and previously purchased several NICABM programs- they are all so informative but this was the best yet! So well researched and so practical. I particularly loved your affiliation with the Compassionate Mind Foundation in the UK as I visit UK regularly and participated in a very informative workshop they presented earlier in the year. Congratulations Ruth and team and heartfelt thanks for all you do.

Hi. I’m very interested in the issue, and as the recipient of many years of therapy I believe compassion is unquestionably a crucial element in therapy. I’m baffled, however, over where the idea originated that I’m a therapist. I’m not. I’d like to stay on your addressee list though. Many thanks for the important work you’re doing.
    Sincerely,
    Kathryn Wiley

    Great news.

Appreciating all the effort this must have taken.
I’ve found many useful tips in this series to share with clients. They love the 3 circle model and are more readily able to soften their stance on self-correction.

    Congratulations! Great impact.
I am using it in trauma treatment even, mostly when my patient had lived child abused.

The way you presented the information, as a dialogue with the experts was very easy to understand.

Many thanks. I’ve found the classes on Trauma very coherent, relevant and very helpful. I can now sleep better. Will there be more to come on somatic and meditation in the next coming year? (Hopefully, s :o)

It’s hopeful. And important. But it would be more hopeful if we could place centrally that is largely war that systematically creates widespread trauma. Otherwise, without context, it all starts to sound trite. :/

Hello from Melbourne! I’m grateful for the free access during certain times as I work only part-time with people who grew up with mentally unwell parents. My work is based on my (easy-to-read) research at The University of Melbourne, Australia entitled: “Lives Unseen: Unacknowledged Trauma of Non-disordered, Competent Adult Children Of Parents with a Severe Mental Illness”. Anyone can just Google my name, Suzette Misrachi. It’s 100% free to download as are my brief articles on medium.com. Thanks Ruth and the NICABM team. I’ll continue spreading the good word… hopefully you’ll get more sign ups!

I have had a serious eating disorder since I was 12 years old…I am 62…and my health was going down the tubes because of it! Would have killed me if I continued on. Your 3rd classed healed me from further abuse to myself. For the first time in my life the abuse to myself has stopped! It is just gone! Thankyou for your course. God Bless,Brandy Riley
