Counselors/Social Workers/Marriage and Family Therapists

NICABM is recognized by the National Board of Certified Counselors (provider #5381). The above courses also meet the qualifications for continuing education credit for MFTs and LCSWs as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (PCE 237); the National Association of Social Workers (886487256); and the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling (BAP-391-Exp3/07).

Nurses

NICABM is approved by the California Board of Registered Nurses (CEP 11900)

Psychologists

NICABM is approved by the American Psychological Association to offer continuing education for psychologists. NICABM as the approved sponsor maintains responsibility for the program. Psychologists please note: APA rules require that you participate 100% in order to receive credits. No partial credit is available.

Physicians

NICABM is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians. NICABM designates this educational activity for a maximum of 24 credit hours in category 1 toward the AMA Physicians Recognition Award for Ericksonian Hypnosis, Advances in Energy Psychology, Brief Solution Therapy, and Personal and Executive Coaching and 16 credit hours in category 1 for Coaching. Each physician should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the education activity.
