Computer Science Internship:

NICABM is seeking an COMPUTER SCIENCE INTERN to join the team in our Mansfield Center office.

Qualifications:

We're looking for applicants who have experience with:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • PHP
  • mySQL (Or any other SQL based database experience)
  • C#
  • Linux-based server administration a plus

While you may not be familiar with everything listed above, general fluency with HTML and CSS is essential. With experience in other programming languages, you will be able to learn the skills necessary to be successful in this position.

Web and Graphic Design Internship:

NICABM seeks a WEB AND GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN for our Mansfield Center office.

Responsibilities:


  • Creating and editing web pages in WordPress
  • Laying out study guides and transcripts in InDesign, publishing materials as PDF files for web distribution
  • Editing photos and creating advertisements for our website
  • Creating compelling images for social marketing platforms
  • Finding images for our video webinars
  • Updating our blog in WordPress and editing the custom template

Qualifications:


  • Experience with WordPress (or web-editing programs such as Dreamweaver or Expressions)
  • CSS and HTML skills strongly preferred, knowledge of PHP desired
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A positive attitude and flexibility for last-minute changes
  • Social media marketing experience a huge plus!

Media and Video Production:

NICABM is seeking a talented MEDIA and VIDEO PRODUCTION intern to join the team in our Mansfield Center office.

Responsibilities:


  • Edit video using Final Cut
  • Enhance video webinars with images and text slides
  • Create intro animations for YouTube videos
  • Set up cameras and lighting for video shoots
  • Operate cameras and coordinate two-camera shoots
  • Create weekly one-hour webinars as well as 3-minute advertisement videos

Qualifications:


  • Previous video editing experience with samples of work
  • Experience operating video equipment including cameras and lighting
  • Knowledge of export and compression settings and general technical skills to create web-ready products is desired (but we can provide training)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and excellence
  • A positive attitude and flexibility for last-minute changes

NICABM is seeking a PROGRAM COORDINATOR INTERN to join the team in our Mansfield Center office.

Responsibilities:


  • Laying out study guides and transcripts in InDesign, publishing materials as PDF files for web distribution
  • Creating posts and images for our Facebook page and other social marketing platforms
  • Creating slides for webinars using stock photos and text slides
  • Updating our blog in WordPress
  • Editing audio files for use in digital products
  • Providing friendly and effective customer service over the phone and via email

Qualifications:


  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • A positive attitude and flexibility for last-minute changes
  • Experience with Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
  • Personable, friendly, and courteous when providing customer service
  • Social media marketing experience a huge plus!
