The FUNdamentals of Humor:
How to Put a Bolt of "Lighten"ing in Your Life and Work
Ronald P. Culberson, MSW, CSP

Proven through research and practical application, humor is a dynamic tool to help us manage stress and become more effective. With the myriad of challenges that go with treating patients and their loved ones, humor can be a warm touch in an often alienating world. In this presentation, you will learn how humor can reduce stress, improve creativity, increase productivity and most importantly, balance the seriousness of life and work by refocusing your perspective. Through a FUN, funny and educational experience, participants will recognize the value of humor, understand that just being serious does not make them successful, and learn how to implement specific techniques to incorporate more fun and humor in their work and personal life.
