The Sacred Roots of Healing

What are the greatest obstacles to hope? Through the perspective of a master storyteller, physician, psychiatrist, and healer, we will explore the essence of hope with its ever-threatening obstacles of fear and anxiety that so often undermine its power. Because the sacred roots of healing are about inspiring hope, we must take the time to make a soulful connection with people if we are to inspire them to move beyond their limitations. In the technological age of healthcare delivery, we too easily have become increasingly dependent on tools while dramatically underutilizing the power of our healing that comes in touching the human spirit. With this new science of psychoneuroimmunology, (mind/body/spirit/connection), our treatments for healing and well-being can take on a new dimension.
