Transforming Trauma with Energy Psychology

Mary Sise, LCSW

In the moment of trauma, the ego is frequently shattered, splintering off in the service of survival. A part of self is often "frozen in time" as the personality moves forward. In this workshop, participants will learn how to recognize this pattern in clients, access the moment of the split, and then use energy psychology methods to heal the shattered self. In this approach to return the personality to wholeness, patients can reconnect and free themselves from that frozen moment of trauma.
