Weight Loss with Energy Therapy:
Healing the Cycle of Food Addiction
Carol Look, LCSW

Overeating is an addiction. We know that many people can't maintain their weight loss goals, most probably because they are trapped by the ineffective dieting cycles that don't treat the cause of overeating. In this workshop, you will learn how to use Energy Therapy, an approach that can treat the root causes of overeating. You will learn, too, how to help weight loss clients maintain their ideal weight after their goals have been achieved. An added benefit in learning Energy Therapy to treat food addiction can also be transferred to other addictions such as smoking and chemical dependency.
