304
Integral Physiology:
From Biochemistry to Subtle Energies

Leonard A. Wisneski, MD

Interactions between the body, mind, and emotions have now been well established in the field of psychoneuroimmunology (PNI) - the next horizon in health care will likely be energy medicine. Integral Physiology incorporates PNI concepts and includes the effects of spiritual belief systems and environmental energetic influences on health. In this workshop, we'll look at the pineal gland, the master gland of the body, which translates external energetic information into an endocrine signal that ultimately determines the stress response. This interaction is truly the foundation of the holism that links the body, mind and spirit.
